Introduction
The stainless steel welded pipe mill is to open and flatten the stainless steel plate and strip with a certain width after slitting, then enter the forming machine, bend the steel plate into a round pipe embryo by using rollers, and weld the pipe embryo into a steel pipe by using plasma welding machine and argon arc welding machine.
The forming methods of the stainless steel welded pipe are divided into roller forming, flexible forming and automatic flexible forming. The mills developed by us shall be the roller forming when the diameter is small (Φ ≤ 114), and the flexible forming or full-automatic flexible forming modes are applied when the diameter in case of medium or large diameter (Φ ≤ 711).

According to product applications, the stainless steel welded pipe mills are divided into industrial pipes and decorative pipes.
Industrial pipes are used to produce high-grade steel pipes such as chemical industry, submarine, oil and natural gas transmission pipes, which have strict requirements on product materials and quality. The mill is equipped with internal weld levelling treatment, solid solution annealing, x light detection, ultrasonic detection, high-pressure hydrostatic testing machine and other detection equipment and process equipment.
Decorative pipe machine is used to produce decorative steel pipes.
