Successful Commissioning of Φ102-Φ219x12mm Automatic ERW Pipe Making Machine without Changing Roller

The automatic ERW mill without changing roller with diameter of Φ102-Φ219x12mm designed and manufactured by us for Hengshui Jinghua Welded Pipe Company was successfully commissioned in April 2016. ERW mill without roller changing is a new product developed by us. When changing product specifications, all parts of the molding machine do not need to change rollers, and in the past, the precision molding machine stand that requires to change rollers does not need to change rolls on the mill, which can save a lot of roller investment and is especially suitable for large- and medium-sized mills. When changing product specifications, the adjustment of roller is also automated. Only by inputting parameters such as pipe diameter, wall thickness and material on the industrial computer, all rollers will be automatically adjusted to the appropriate position, and the production will be started directly. Thus, a lot of adjustment time is saved when changing models, which makes multi-variety and small batch order production possible, increases the operation rate of the mill. Automatic adjustment by computer can make the adjustment accurate, reduce the error of manual adjustment, improve the finished product rate of the mill and increase the economic benefit of the mill.
