Introduction
ERW pipe mill opens the steel plate with a certain width after slitting, passes through uncoiling and levelling, shearing butt welding and material storage accumulator, and then enters the forming machine. It adopts (full-automatic) precision control flexible forming mode, bends the steel plate into a round pipe by using rollers, melts the edge of the steel strip by using the proximity effect and skin effect of high-frequency current, and extrudes and welds it into a round pipe by using an extrusion roller in the form of five rollers. Quick roller change technology is adopted in the sizing part of the mill, which greatly saves the time of specification change.
ERW pipe mill is used to produce API standard pipes, and can also produce ordinary pipes or structural pipes.
